Exposition: Professional Lyric Soprano Brittany Graham Visits 'Caffe Concerto' to Speak About Vocal Career, with Beginnings in Cape Girardeau
Soprano Brittany Graham is a Cape Central and Southeast Missouri State University Alumna. She later earned her Masters in Vocal Performance from Webster University in St. Louis. She has an upcoming performance with the Cedar Rapids Opera—Edwin Penhorwood's 'Too Many Sopranos'.

Exposition: Caffe Concerto Previews 'Dancing Through The End of Time' Performance at Scout Hall with Cellist Julian Schwarz and 'From the New World' at the River Campus
Cellist Julian Schwarz performs Olivier Messiaen’s Quartet for the End of Time (Quatuor pour la fin du temps) at Scout Hall on Saturday, April 20th at Scout Hall in Cape Girardeau. He gave a preview of the performance during Thurs. April 18th's 'Caffe Concerto', and spoke to host Mary Mims about the piece. Fellow musicians Dr. Sophia Han and Dr. Gabrielle Baffoni also talked about their experience with the piece, as well as their upcoming performance of Dvorak's symphony, From the New World, at the River Campus on Tues. April 23, 2024.

Exposition: National Park Radio Heads Back to Cape for 'Tunes at Twilight' Fri. June 7th
National Park Radio is a nationally touring indie-folk “power duo” based in the Ozark Mountains of Northwest Arkansas. With an impressive and consistently growing grassroots fanbase across the U.S. (and the world), husband and wife duo Stefan & Kerrie Szabo have made a name for themselves over the past several years with their beautiful harmonies, incredibly inspiring and relatable songwriting, and their unique and energetic live shows. They return to Cape Girardeau for 'Tunes at Twilight', Fri. June 7 at the Ivers Square Gazebo stage at 7 pm.
