The Dobbins Conservatory of Theatre and Dance will present Working: a musical from October 30 through November 2.
Steven Schwartz' hit Broadway musical, Working, paints a vivid portrait of the workers that the world so often takes for granted: the schoolteacher, the phone operator, the waitress, the millworker, the mason, and the housewife, just to name a few. Nominated for six Tony Awards, Working has been updated for a modern age, featuring new songs by Tony Award-winning Lin-Manuel Miranda, as well as favorites by Stephen Schwartz, Craig Carnelia, James Taylor, Micki Grant, and more. Mature audiences recommended.
You can see Working: a musical in the Rust Flexible Theatre at the River Campus from Thursday, October 30, through Sunday, November 2. Tickets are available online or at the River Campus Box Office.
The Southeast Percussion Ensemble will host its annual Trick or Treat Concert on October 30.
