Join us for Bilingual Storytime—¡Hola y bienvenidos! Experience the joy of stories, songs, and rhymes in both Spanish and English. Perfect for young children and families, this interactive event encourages language learning and fun through music and books. Come sing, play, and read with us as we celebrate two languages together! (ages 0-5)

When city boy Ren McCormack moves to the strict, small town of Bomont, he is shocked to discover a local ban on dancing and rock music. Ren sets out to bring life back to the town, finding unexpected romance and understanding along the way.

This high-energy Dobbins Conservatory production features the Oscar-nominated hits you know and love, including "Holding Out for a Hero," "Let's Hear It for the Boy," "Almost Paradise," and of course, "Footloose."

The Crisp Museum will host “Then & Now: Works by SEMO Alumni & Faculty” from September 4 through October 17.

This exhibition is a celebration of learning, collaboration, and the evolving relationship between teacher and artist. Professors engage with viewers and students alike, discussing techniques and inspiration, while students gain confidence seeing their creations displayed alongside those who have guided them.

**An opening reception will take place on Friday, September 4, from 4-8 p.m.

“Then & Now” will run from Friday, September 4, through Saturday, October 17, at the Crisp Museum on Southeast’s River Campus.

Build reading readiness and kindergarten readiness skills with our Preschool Storytime program! This fun and educational program features longer books that are accompanied by a variety of activities, including flannel boards, dramatics, and songs.

(Ages 3-5)

Join our guest instructor Abby Cheney for an 8-week introduction to American Sign Language (ASL)! By registering for this program, you are committing to eight programs that will meet every Tuesday from 4 pm - 5 pm. (ages 9-11)
