Exposition: Joshua Pantoja Previews 'Underground Jazz: Sounds of Puerto Rico' at Scout Hall
Scout Hall will welcome Joshua Pantoja for Underground Jazz: Sounds of Puerto Rico on Friday, October 25. Horn Professor at the Puerto Rico Music Conservatory, Joshua Pantoja brings music from Puerto Rico and jazz bebop repertoire to Scout Hall. Earlier in the week, he is the guest performer at SEMO's Fall Jazz Concert in Bedell Performance Hall.

Kennedee Nash is pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting at Southeast Missouri State University. She is directing one of the 'Lanford Wilson' Short Plays on River Campus from Thursday, October 24th, through Saturday, October 26th, at 7:30 p.m. in Rust Flexible Theater.

Two-Minute Drill: SEMO Basketball Teams Up to Block Hunger and Support SEMO Food Bank
Now in its second year, the initiative turns every Redhawk blocked shot into meals for neighbors facing hunger. For each block made during the 2025–26 basketball season, Drury Southwest, First State Community Bank, and the Sikeston Jaycee Bootheel Rodeo will donate $10 to the food bank.
