Cape Girardeau County saw an increase in absentee ballots during the November 2024 General Election.

In an announcement from the Cape Girardeau County Clerk, Kara Clark Summers noted that excused absentee voting is now underway, and no-excuse absentee voting begins Tues. Oct. 22, 2024.
