Dr. Quantella Noto

Dr. Quantella Noto is Associate Professor and Director of Hospitality Management in the Harrison College of Business and Computing at Southeast Missouri State University. Her career in hospitality includes several management positions in sales and operations in luxury hotels, Co-owner of a fine-dining restaurant, as well as positions with resorts, restaurants, wineries, and travel providers.

Prior to joining the hospitality industry, Dr. Noto was a Vice-President/Underwriter of municipal finance with investment banking firms in Minnesota and Florida.

Dr. Noto holds a bachelor’s degree in hotel, restaurant, and tourism management (HRT) from East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania, a master’s degree in tourism administration from The George Washington University School of Business in Washington, D.C., and a doctorate in education from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She currently serves on the board of advisors with several Cape Girardeau organizations.

  • Spring arrived March 19, at 10:06 p.m. Central Daylight Time. Spring symbolizes many things, like starting over, baseball, bunnies, baby chicks – and planting the bounty of fresh produce that awaits us in summer and fall. The bounty that I will be awaiting is collard greens.
