Are you looking for a gentle yoga class or interested in some mid-week destressing? Join us for an hour of gentle yoga, held every Wednesday. Please bring your own yoga mat or bath towel, as well as a yoga block for your practice. Space is limited and registration is required. (Ages 18+)

Dances are taught and prompted to old-time music, sometimes live. Come early for extra instuction. Come with or without a partner. Children and families are welcome. Age 8 and up can learn the dance easily. $5 contribution is requested for hall rental and musicians. Look on YouTube for Contra Dance, Cape Girardeau, MO to see a sampling of our dances.

Each month, join a party of adventurers and work together to complete your mission. No experience is required and pre-made characters will be provided.

Connections Memory Cafe is an informal social gathering for people living with dementia and their care partners to enjoy activities, games, socialization, snacks and beverages, and much more.

KRCU is celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2026! Mark your calendars for our 50th Anniversary Celebration on Saturday, May 23, from 6-10 p.m. at Rusted Route Farms. We’ll have cocktails, dinner, and dancing—and plenty of memories to share! This is a celebration of 50 years and a fundraiser for the next 50! You won't want to miss our silent auction, KRCU Memories Gallery, and live music from GenX.
Tickets are $75/person, $600/table of eight, and go on sale March 1, 2026. Attire: cocktail or dressy casual.
