The Three Rivers College Board of Trustees renewed the contract of college president Dr. Devin Stephenson for another four-year term.

Three Rivers College announced in a press release that President Devin Stephenson will keep is office for another four years. The Three Rivers College Board of Trustees approved the renewal of his contract as college president, believing that Stephenson and his team are heading in the right direction for the school.

The college’s facilities has been expanded under Stephenson’s leadership and the college has doubled the number of off-campus centers and expanded academic and career programs across the region. The institution also has seen an increase in its enrollment.

Stephenson intends to keep up the good work over the next four years as he believes his first term was a success but only the beginning.

“I believe that what we do in the next four years will have a positive effect throughout Southeast Missouri for generations to come,” Stephenson said in the press release. “I promised our community that Three Rivers would transform into the premiere educational institution in our region, and our team at the college is working toward that goal. This will give us time to finish what we have started.”
