Connections Memory Cafe is an informal social gathering for people living with dementia and their care partners to enjoy activities, games, socialization, snacks and beverages, and much more.

Connect: Meet others who understand your journey.
Support: Gain insights from experienced caregivers and professionals.
Relax: Enjoy a break from the daily routine in a stress-free setting.
Engage: Participate in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.

Are you a fan of anime and manga? Want to get into anime but don’t know where to start? Come join our anime club and learn about Japanese culture while enjoying all your favorite shows! (ages 12-18)
