Wild Edibles: Flavorful Fall Fungi
The Missouri Department of Conservation will host Wild Edibles: Flavorful Fall Fungi on August 30.
There’s a whole world of delicious wild mushrooms beyond the famous morel. The event will feature an introductory look at some of fall’s finest table fare and the basics of foraging for mushrooms and even a recipe or two.
Flavorful Fall Fungi will take place on Friday, August 30, from 7-8 p.m. at the Cape Girardeau Nature Center. The event is free and open to the public.
