Farmington Parks and Recreation will present its 37th Annual Wiggle & Giggle Fishing Derby on May 6.

Children can enjoy a day of fishing with a family member, followed by lunch. Age divisions include Preschool to 7 years old and 8 to 14 years old. Prizes will be awarded for both age divisions.

The Wiggle & Giggle Fishing Derby will take place Saturday, May 6, at Hager Lake in Farmington. Registration begins at 7:15 a.m., with the Derby starting at 8 a.m. This event is free and open to kids 14 and under, accompanied by an adult with a valid fishing license.

Participants should bring their own rods, reels, bait, and lawn chairs.
