Kids Fishing Derby
Sikeston Parks and Recreation will present its annual Kids Fishing Derby on May 10.
The free event is open to all children age 15 and under. Each child must provide his or her own fishing pole and bait. Small children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Prizes will be awarded for three age divisions: 5 and under; 6-10, and 11-15.
The Kids Fishing Derby will take place Saturday, May 10, at the Sikeston Sports Complex. Registration begins at 8 a.m. at Pavilion 8, with the Derby starting at 9 a.m.
