Mercy Hospital Southeast will hold its annual Independence Day 5K run/walk on July 4.

Race events will include a 5K run or walk and a firecracker 1-mile walk or run for fun. All proceeds will support Mercy Health Foundation Southeast Children’s Wellness Fund.

The Independence Day 5K will begin at Mercy HealthPoint Fitness Jackson, at 410 W Main St, on Thursday, July 4, at 7:04 a.m.

Individuals who register by June 19 will receive a race t-shirt. Online registrations are accepted until July 1. In person registration available at HealthPoint Fitness and on the day of the event.
