All About Cape: The Cardinals Caravan is Coming to Cape Girardeau

I've heard that there may be a few Cardinals fans listening.  There are some folks who just love baseball!  If you are one of them, then get excited.  The Cardinals Caravan is coming back to town on January 20 at the Osage Centre.

The doors open at 4:30 p.m. and you will have a chance to meet several amazing Cardinals players, from the past and present.  You will have the chance to get your memorabilia autographed by a Cardinals player and participate in a Q and A session. Fredbird will also make an appearance so bring your camera for some fun family photo opportunities.  Oh, and you might want to clear out a space on your shelves for all the autographs you’ll be getting.

Did you know the original name for the Cardinals was the St. Louis Brown Stockings, later shortened to the St. Louis Browns? They also went by the Perfectos for a year until later becoming the St. Louis Cardinals in 1900. They have now had the name for more than 100 years and it’s hard to imagine a world with out the Cardinals we know and love.
