Is there anything better than sitting with the trees gently swaying in the whispering wind as you wait for the music to begin? The air is filled with the aroma of hamburgers on the grill and friends spread an infectious excitement as they gather in Ivers Square. "Tunes at Twilight" has started again and with the end of each performance we are in anticipation of the next.

Keith Sykes will kick off "Tunes at Twilight" with his sultry guitar. He has been rambling and telling his own tales for over 40 years. A troubadour and storyteller, he is a massively successful songwriter with more than 100 songs recorded by artists as diverse as Rosanne Cash and George Thorogood. He has toured every corner of America and played in just about every conceivable kind of venue, appeared on Saturday Night Live and Austin City Limits, and been the host of songwriters nights on Memphis’ legendary Beale Street with many of music’s most talented songwriters. Keith Sykes has proven to be nothing short of prolific and he will be performing at Tunes at Twilight here in Cape Girardeau!
Bring the lawn chairs, blankets, friends and pets for free music every Friday, May 11- June 15!
