House Approves 'Keep Your Health Plan' Legislation
The House has approved a Republican-sponsored bill that would allow insurance companies to continue offering policies that would be canceled under the Affordable Care Act. The Keep Your Health Plan Act was adopted by a vote of 261-157, with the support of 39 Democrats.
Electric Bus Fleet Brings Chinese Manufacturing To America
The Shenzhen-based company BYD started producing cellphone batteries and moved to electric cars. Now, it's rolling out a fleet of electric buses in the U.S., a first for a Chinese auto manufacturer.

Iran's economy is in terrible shape. Inflation is rampant, Iran's currency — the rial — has plunged in value and oil exports have fallen dramatically. There's wide agreement that sanctions have squeezed Iran financially and increased pressure on its leaders to negotiate over the country's nuclear program.

Strongest Cyclone Ever? Typhoon Haiyan Slams Philippines
The storm was packing some of the strongest winds ever recorded for a tropical cyclone when it hit the islands. Only a few deaths have been reported so far; however, the toll is expected to rise. It's now headed toward Vietnam. Landfall there is expected Sunday.

HealthCare.gov's troubled rollout highlights a systemic problem — the way governments purchase and plan for tech projects. Even President Obama is now calling for procurement reform. But a handful of places are finding ways to solve the problem.
