Zumba Ellen and Square One Wellness will host a Pajama Dance Party through Facebook Live on Apr. 11.

Wake up the whole family and start their weekend with a morning of dancing in their pajamas with Southeast Missouri-based, licensed group fitness instructor, Ellen Gipson. Ellen will do simple choreography to some of your kids’ favorite songs as well as some authentic Latin-inspired hits created by Zumba. All ages are welcome. 

Participants should wear comfortable, good-fitting tennis shoes, expect to sweat, and bring a water and towel if desired. 

The Pajama Dance Party will take place Saturday, Apr. 11 from 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. on the Zumba Ellen Facebook Page. This event is donation-based.
