We all know that the pandemic has changed many facets of daily life. It has also impacted the job market and highlights the importance of a job candidate's online presence. And have you ever heard of "digital dead weight"?

Dan Presson is Director of Career Services at Southeast Missouri State University. He spoke with KRCU's Dan Woods about those issues and more on the television program "SE Connect."

Dan is a 1994 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. He majored in radio and minored in political science. He spent three of his four years at Southeast working as a student announcer at KRCU – the beginning of his radio career.
