Milk Street Radio Livestream Cooking Class
On Tuesday, May 12, Milk Street Radio will host an exclusive livestream cooking class to support public radio. The free class will take place on Zoom from 5-6 p.m.
The class, "The Herb Kitchen," will focus on cooking with fresh herbs—whether bitter, pungent, or sweet. Attendees will learn the transformative technique of making herb pastes along with several recipes. Best practices for cleaning, keeping, and preparing herbs will also be covered. Milk Street Cooking School's Director of Education, Rosemary Gill, and Associate Director, April Dodd, will teach the class.
