The Perryville Fire Department, in partnership with Harvard University, Warren Audio, and Perry County Eclipse Task Force, will host “Hear the Eclipse” on April 8.

This once-in-a-lifetime event will allow those with visual impairments to experience the sound of the total solar eclipse, including nearly four minutes of totality, using LightSound technology developed at Harvard.

“Hear the Eclipse” will take place Monday, April 8, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Perryville Fire Station 2, located at 650 North Perryville Blvd. Register by March 15.
