The City of Cape Girardeau will host its annual Health & Wellness Expo on March 8.

The event will feature health screenings, group fitness demos, food samples, cooking demos, seminars, senior living information, vendors, and giveaways. Don’t miss this one-stop shop for all things health and wellness.

The Health & Wellness Expo will take place on Saturday, March 8, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Osage Centre in Cape Girardeau. This event is free and open to the public.

Prior to the expo, the Alzheimer’s Association is hosting a Health & Wellness Kick-Off Walk at the Osage Centre! Check-in starts at 7:30am and the walk starts at 8:30am. The walk will take place at the Osage Centre Trailhead.
