Dirty Red and the Soul Shakers

Dirty Red and the Soul Shakers
Dirty Red and the Soul Shakers will perform the final show of the season at the Kellerman Foundation Sunday, October 12, 2:30-4:30 pm. The Soul Shakers "are a modern-day powerhouse blues band, built on old-school influences and a mutual love for the down and dirty style blues that has come to define the band's original sound."
Dirty Red leads an "all-star" lineup that includes musicians who have opened for some of the biggest names in the business (i.e., Koko Taylor, Dr. Hook, Albert Collins, the Fabulous Thunderbirds, Roy Orbison, Johnny Winters and a host of others). We have been listening regularly to his CD's and love them. If you want a taste of what's in store for you, give a listen to their album "Live from Hollywood Corners." The other bands who have played the Kellerman series have consistently told us that Dirty Red is "great."
This will be a great way to end the season — good friends, good music and beer/wine sales by Minglewood.
