Art and the Environment

Art and the Environment

Renowned artist Bryan Haynes will present the program "Art and the Environment" on Tuesday, July 15, from 7-8 p.m. at the Farmington Public Library.

Haynes, a native Missourian, has murals displayed in places like the Missouri Botanical Garden and the Westward Expansion Memorial Museum at the Arch. His smaller-scale paintings can be viewed online and in galleries in Washington and Ste. Genevieve, Missouri.

Mr. Haynes will discuss his "New Regionalism" artwork, inspired by the beauty of Missouri's landscape and its people. There will be time for questions.

The event is sponsored by the East Ozarks Audubon Society.
