Starting this Friday, KRCU Public Radio will air a three-part special series that explores Bruce Springsteen’s six-decade music career.

Producer Paul Ingles gathers seven top music writers - Anthony DeCurtis, Holly Gleason, Gardner Campbell, Jim Fusilli, Holly George-Warren, Ashley Kahn and Joe Bonomo - to talk about their favorite Springsteen tracks. The program also includes tracks from Springsteen's newest album, Letter To You, released Oct. 23.

The first episode of Springsteen: Writers’ Favorites will air this Friday, Oct. 30 from 7 to 8 p.m. The second and third episodes can be heard from 7 to 8 p.m. the following Fridays, Nov. 6 and Nov. 13. This American Life, which typically runs at this time on our program schedule, can be heard during its rerun on Saturday afternoons at 2 p.m.
