Cape Girardeau County prosecutors are charging Missouri State Representative Wayne Wallingford’s son, Brandon, with DWI and assault after an October incident in which he rear-ended a vehicle. The Southeast Missourian’s Scott Moyer reports B. Wallingford later assaulted police at the Cape Girardeau police station.
