On Fri. Aug. 6, Saint Francis Healthcare System announced the expansion of their healthcare services across the region in Jackson, Sikeston, Charleston, East Prairie, Scott City, Cape Girardeau and Poplar Bluff.
The new Saint Francis Clinic Jackson, will open Monday, August 9th and will offer primary care, counseling services, an on-site lab and imaging and extended urgent care hours on nights and weekends.
Construction of a new facility in Sikeston located between Highway H and I-55 will begin later this year, and when complete, all services atFerguson Medical Groupwill move into this new facility.
In Poplar Bluff, Saint Francis Healthcare System expanded services and renamed its facility, Saint Francis Medical Center Poplar Bluff. In addition to its existing services, it will also provide counseling, audiology and physical therapy treatment.
According to the recent announcement, with these new projects, St. Francis Healthcare System, aims to create jobs and expand healthcare services to more residents across Southeast Missouri.
