Social distancing is difficult. Thanks to modern technology and the internet, community is still accessible! If you - or your organization - are hosting a live video over social media, a watch party, or virtual gathering of another kind, email us at comments@krcu.org.Submissions should still follow our general event guidelines, including being open to the public. We'll give emphasis to events such as performances, lectures, exhibits, public meetings, and educational, recreational, and health-oriented opportunities.

The Red Cross will host an emergency blood drive at Southeast Hospital - Cape Girardeau on March 26. In accordance with CDC guidelines, those wishing to donate are required to make an appointment ahead of time.

During your scheduled donation slot, you must bring your donor card or photo ID with your first and last name.

All those who participate will receive a SoutheastHEALTH t-shirt.

The Red Cross Emergency Blood Drive will take place Thursday, March 26 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the Harrison Room at Southeast Hospital.
