Dr. Carlos Vargas meets with Senator Claire McCaskill

We sat down with Southeast President Carlos Vargas on Tuesday, March 20, 2018, for our monthly conversation on the television program "Focus on Southeast."

Dr. Vargas told us about his visit with U.S. Senator Claire McCaskill in March where they discussed ways to help keep college more affordable.
