The Harold S. Jones Fine Arts Center presents the 4th Annual Smooth Jazz on the River Festival, Labor Day weekend (September 1-2) at Fort Defiance Park in Cairo, Illinois.
The event runs from 3 pm-11pm on Friday and 2 pm-11 pm on Saturday. The event will feature a classic car show, horse drawn carriage rides and VIP Experience Tent.
This event is free to the public.
