We sat down with Southeast President Carlos Vargas on Tuesday, February 20, 2018, for our monthly conversation on the television program "Focus on Southeast."

Dr. Vargas provided an update on the budget challenges facing the institution and how the higher education institutions in Missouri work together to tell their story and how each is unique in the area it serves.
