This week’s episode of KRCU’s Going Public Missouri is now a right to work state, but labor unions are still pushing back. We’ll hear from Mark Baker, a business representative for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers about why his organization is opposed to the new law and what the law’s provisions mean for unions.  Later on in the show, a southwest Missouri woman had to take out a bank loan and travel to another state to get a late term abortion, a decision she made after finding out the fetus had severe genetic abnormalities. As state lawmakers debate dozens of new abortion bills, she’s been talking with them about her experience.
