This week’s episode of KRCU’s Going Public, when new recruits start at a Missouri trucking company, they get a stern heads up from the company’s health and fitness coach. Hear about a former athlete’s mission to turn around the epidemic of poor trucker health. Then, with his inauguration day drawing near, Governor-elect Eric Greitens, continues his statewide thank you tour with a stop in Cape Girardeau. Also, MoDOT director Patrick McKenna hopes to see progress on transportation needs in 2017 from lawmakers and Governor-elect Eric Greitens.  And Later on in the show, we’ll revisit a story from our homeless youth series “Living in the Shadows” with an update from a family whose life has changed a lot since then.
